July 2022 Holter - 23 VPCs (21 singles, 1 couplet) May 2022 Echo - borderline high aortic outflow velocity (stable - same as March 2021) - Cardiologist states likely normal athletic heart. Otherwise normal echo ("no current signs of structural DCM" per cardiologist report). March 2022 Holter >50 VPCs; vet recommended switching diet since about 2/3 of his diet was grain-free and it's unclear if that could be causing arrhythmias, but his previous normal Holter was while on grain-inclusive food; also added magnesium supplement as his blood work showed borderline low magnesium and changed medicine for GERD to omeprazole for better control in case inflammation could be contributing to the arrhythmias. OFA Advanced Cardiac Clearance certificate: “Normal” (12 May 2021). March 2021 repeat Echo - Grade 1 murmur - borderline high aortic outflow - Cardiologist states likely normal athletic heart. Jan 2021 Echo equivocal - murmur detected at cardiac clinic, repro vet advised to repeat at cardiologist's office. Dec 2020 Holter - 2 PVCs - singles
