Per Necropsy Results: Metastatic mammary carcinoma with tumor emboli blocking lung blood vessels, causing massive pulmonary hemorrhage and acute respiratory failure. The cancer process was acute and catastrophic. Her heart disease was stable and actually improving at the time of death.
